The coyote spas warranty

Customer satisfaction is the Coyote Spa guarantee. If your spa cannot be repaired under our extensive warranty, Coyote Spas reserves the right to provide a replacement spa equal in value to the original purchase price of the defective spa. Our philosophy guarantees you customer satisfaction. These are words we will stand behind in writing. Please note that all 5 models of Coyote Spas carry the following warranties:

Spa shell – 7 years

Coyote Spas warrants the spa shell fiberglass structure against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for seven years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery.

Shell surface – 3 years

Coyote Spas warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking or delaminating for three years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery.

Plumbing & equipment – 3 years

Coyote Spas warrants the spa’s electrical equipment components – specifically the pump (s), factory installed ozone system, heater and control system against malfunctions due to defects in material and workmanship for three years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery.

Labour – 1 year

All labour is included for any malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery.

What size of spa would you like?

Coyote Spas are available in a number of sizes. There are various models, ensuring there is a size and shape of spa to fit your garden space.

How many seats do you want to have in your spa?

The number of seats vary between 4 and 9 in the Coyote Spa range.

What type of seats and configuration do you want to have in your spa?

Each model has a different layout of seats and incorporates a variety of configurations to suit the diverse needs of our customers. The wide range of seating available includes kids' seats, cool down seats, loungers, deep therapy seats, multi-level, barrier free seating the popular bucket, therapeutic swivel and comfort command seats. The arrangement of the seating also differs between models; some are designed as a social spa, others are meant for families, whereas some are perfect for those romantic couples amongst us! All models apart from The Bandit have an underwater LED light, a safety handrail, an adjustable water fall feature and an ipod holder for sound system option. The Drifter, Renegade and Chieftan also have cushioned headrests.

Small footprint. Big Value. The bandit makes getting into hot water truly affordable without compromising quality. Unlike other small portable designs made of vinyl or cheap plastic, the Bandit is a premium acrylic spa with many of the features found in more expensive brands. Its light weight and wall plug option make it extremely portable. Reposition it in the yard or take it to the cottage for the summer.	The Outlaw makes getting into hot water truly enjoyable! The Outlaw delivers modern therapyand efficiency in a trditional round design, comfortable transporting a group of 6 to a world of relaxation and fun. With multilevel spacious seating for the very tall, very small and everyone in between. The Outlaw is perfect for families of all sizes.	A big step up in comfort for a small step up in budget. The Drifter is a fantastic family spa that features his and hers bucket seats, individual seating for 6 in an open plan, plus a child step that doubles as an entry step. The rectangular shape also makes it easier to position in areas where space is limited.

Renegade	The Chieftan	C25

The Renegade perfectlt balances luxury with comfof. The Renegade features spacious room for 7, dual pump massage power, a therapeutic swivel seat and a large internal entry step. If that weren't enough, the Comfort Command seat surrounds and massages you from every direction. The Renegade immerses you into the world of extreme spa luxury.	The Chieftan is here. It's big, it's powerful. It's got TWO Comfort Command seats and room for 7, yes 7 more. The Chieftan is extreme everything. Including a powerful Orca foot jet, 2 Whitewater pumps and diverter controls for maximum water jet pressure.	The Coyote C25 was so popular we've brought it back! There's nothing like being able to stretch out your legs in this 7ft spa which utilises a wide open seating plan to maximise the space inside and features deep therapy seats and a comfortable no-float lounger. Enjoy a full back massage or a full body massage. Seats 6 to 7 with plenty of room.
